You Are a Light in The World
You are a light in the world! Let your light shine; and even more brightly this year than ever before. The world needs the light of each person to increase because the New Era of increased cooperation is being built on the power of light, truth, righteousness and energetically enriched living. We are units of light in the greater body of Light.
You can chose to shine more by deliberately each day. It is an experiment you can try for yourself to see if this actually works. When you wake in the morning feel as if you are shining with whatever positive emotion or constructive thought is most balancing. Visualize your body, emotions and mind glistening with Light rays coming from your Guardian Angel into every area of your life. Notice how you experience the day after doing this for 3-5 days. This is an act of inspired living.
You are Light; more than a body, more than feelings, and more than thoughts. You are the spiritual being at the core of these bodies. Shine friends, shine.

Look Within for Answers Because You Are Made of Light
The most sustainable light in your life comes from within. That part of us which is warm, wise and joyful is a stream of light from the Divine Presence flowing through you. Let it shine!
Everyone is looking to understand the outer universe but forget the entire universe is reflected within our own heart minds. We are a microcosm of the macrocosm. To understand one’s own nature, mind and heart is to understand the universe, our sun, planets and constellations which care for us.
Your body is actually made of the light of star stuff. The atoms within our bodies, emotional nature and mind are literally condensed light energy from the world, solar system and galaxy in which we live. It is encouraging to know we share the full connection with all things good even at the most basic level of life. Light sustains us, nourishes the body, helps with the production of vitamins, especially vitamin D.
We are light and like the little flowers of the earth need light for physical, emotional and mental health. Turn towards the light within you each day after rising, showering and getting ready for the day. Take time to open the petals of your soul to reach up towards the Guardian Angel who is your inner light. It is there to teach, guide, nourish and help you mature. Meditation in the light of the Soul is one of the best ways to engage your Guardian Angel, aka, Solar Fiery Angel.

Love Heals All Pain and Suffering
One of the best ways to heal any suffering is with affirmations of love. Love heals all pain and suffering. It just takes a drip method over a period of time to wash from the mind negative images, false thoughts which then lead to a revelation of your inner goodness.
Much of life the soul is imprisoned behind walls of ignorance, anger, hurt, pain and illusion. You are a soul. You are loveable. You are good. The mistakes which lead you away from the heavenly part of life come from believing you are a personality rather than knowing your are a soul. Unlocking the doors of the prison of the personality happens when you live with more love in daily life.
The Hans Christian Anderson story of the ugly duckling captures this truth most perfectly.
When the tale begins, a mother duck’s eggs hatch. One of the little birds is perceived by the duck’s surroundings as a homely little creature and suffers much verbal and physical abuse from the other birds and animals on the farm. He wanders sadly from the barnyard and lives with wild ducks and geese until hunters slaughter the flocks. He finds a home with an old woman but her cat and then tease him mercilessly and again he sets off on his own. He sees a flock of migrating wild swans; he is delighted and excited but he cannot join them for he is too young and cannot fly. Winter arrives.
A farmer finds and carries the freezing little bird home, but the foundling is frightened by the farmer’s noisy children and flees the house. He spends a miserable winter alone in the outdoors mostly hiding in a cave on the lake that partly freezes over.
When spring arrives a flock of swans descends on the now thawing lake. The ugly duckling, now having fully grown and matured cannot endure a life of solitude and hardship any more and decides to throw himself at the flock of swans deciding that it is better to be killed by such beautiful birds than to live a life of ugliness and misery. He is shocked when the swans welcome and accept him, only to realize by looking at his reflection in the water that he has grown into one of them. The flock takes to the air and the ugly duckling spreads his beautiful large wings and takes flight with the rest of his new family.
You are a swan, the bright, beautiful and loving soul which is connected to God. Love is the most powerful energy of God’s presence. To stay connected to love throughout the day memorize this healing affirmation.
Healing Affirmation: I see myself and “others” as God sees me, with complete loving-kindness.

Let the Child in Your Heart Come to the Kingdom of Heaven
“But Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.’” – Matthew 19:14
Where is the child within you today? Give the joyful, wondrous, curious and innocent part of yourself to heaven through honoring this preciousness of who you are. Jesus was speaking to an eternal part of yourself rather than just a child as a stage of human development. He wants you to offer the simple pure, innocent and beautiful aspect of your heart up for protection from the harshness of daily life. Protect your virtues through constant expression of loving-kindness.
You are in truth a soul, but often slip into the habit of thinking as a personality. You are a spiritual being having a human experience. Much of our feeling of being stuck in ways of living which do not bring happiness come about from just such errors of mind.
When some it angry, hurt, suffering or in pain share with them love, joy, compassion and kindness. Say “I love you, you are good, you are loveable”. These are the qualities of the little “child”, the soulful part of yourself.

Four Rules of Thumb For Successful Spiritual Living
I am asked for spiritual advise on many topics from the thousands of readers who visit my websites. It would be good to help them all but this is not possible without a real relationship with which to understand their personalities, motives for practice and history.
I can only offer generalized advise to most. There is one topic which needs to be addressed in the current marketplace of increasing books on meditation, spiritual practices, yoga methods and chanting. Additionally, many are reading books of questionable value which eventually cause confusion because the student doesn’t know who to trust.
The first rule of thumb is to study with only one teacher for at least 5-10 years or more. At first you might be shopping around like buying a car or house. This is normal, healthy and appropriate. Once you own the house, don’t keep shopping around. This sends a message to your soul, the Universe and God you are confused about what you need.
Find a spiritual teacher you trust, then stick with that spiritual teacher for long enough to experience accomplishments worthy of taking with you throughout life.
Second rule of thumb is to find a teacher who focuses on cultivating positive qualities, or virtues rather than developing psychic powers.
Why is this the case?
So called psychic powers don’t last beyond one lifetime.
Additionally, mediumship and psychic powers often get you into sticky ego based, show off situations. You might start telling people, “I am an intuitive.” “I can channel masters and spirits…” Or, the worst of all, “I can talk to the dead for you, putting you in touch with departed loved ones.” These are all ego traps, and increase human suffering in general. Let the loved ones enjoy the time after leaving the physical life. Don’t call them back to this plane of existence!
Psychic powers do not last. Virtues you take with you after passing from this world as though they were diamonds, rubies, gold and silver of the treasure chest of the soul. Virtues are the treasure of the unfolding human soul. Powers are superficial, lasting only a lifetime at best. Virtues are eternal, bringing health, happiness and long life.
I received this note recently from a fellow who is reading all kinds of psychic materials and following questionable spiritual practices encountered in books, CD’s or DVD’s:
“I see many spirits while meditating with my eyes closed but…while doing deeper meditating. While I was reading and learning more…a black cat appeared on my chair in front of me. I thought is was a shadow and looked away. Then it came closer and I saw its yellow eyes. It startled me so I looked away again, when it was right in front of the third time it really startled me. I have no idea what it means? Do you?”
Third rule of thumb is do not engage spiritual practices out of curiosity or to be able to impress yourself with how “advanced spiritually” you are. Remember that insects and most animals, including dogs and cats, can see etheric energy fields or some even lower, dark astral layers of life. This doesn’t mean they are advanced spiritually. Your senses will open when the Solar Angel, aka, Guardian Angel sees your ready to experience more. God wants you to unfold naturally. Can you imagine pulling on your 6 month old’s limbs to make them grow faster? People would think you were crazy. You psyche knows exactly how fast to grow, what to reveal and not reveal to you.
Many spiritual unhealthy practices can lead to conditions similar to mental illness, i.e., hearing voices, seeing the deceased, smelling the lower strata of the astral plane like the man who wrote me about seeing a black cat after he was meditating. These harmful spiritual practices open you up to all kinds of chaos, confusion and suffering.
Fourth rule of thumb is to remember and live this truth: There is no psychic power greater than love, kindness and compassion.
Practice loving-kindness, compassion, being joyful and serene. These states of heart-mind are far more helpful and “spiritual” than all the practices mentioned in some of the materials offered on the internet, in book stores or in local classes. Cultivation of unconditional love will transform your entire life if engaged with a pure heart.
As Mother Teresa said, “Where there is love, there is God.” I would add, where there is loving-kindness, God will reveal all psychic powers needed to serve others. Psychic powers are simply the natural growth of the soul.

Findhorn Founders Discovered Working With Angels Produced Huge Crops
Findhorn community in Scotland changed the way the world thought about our relationship to the angelic kingdom, gardening and eco-friendly living.
The intuitive thought experiments by Peter Caddy, Eileen Caddy and Dorothy Maclean engaged in allowed them to develop hugely successful gardens in otherwise barren areas where they had settled in rural Scotland. They intuitively listened to guidance from the devas, Sanskrit for “shining ones,” and lesser nature spirits who encouraged them to enrich the soil through natural gardening methods. Because of the robust crops, larger than most gardens produced, their work drew the attention of local Scots as well as visitors throughout Europe. People began flocking to their angelically inspired gardens to buy vegetables on a regular basis. Everyone seemed to love the delicious, healthy and robust crops which brought in a regular income as well as attracted would be students to learn these methods of eco-friendly gardening.
This series of activities in learning directly from the angelic kingdom through posing questions and answers has developed a movement which blossomed into Findhorn. Their work is inspirational, but the organic and natural gardening methods made in the 1950′s – 1980′s and beyond are now common place throughout much of the gardens across America, Europe, Canada and elsewhere.
What we can take from the successes of Peter Caddy, Eileen Caddy and Dorothy Maclean will lead the avid student of spiritual work to engage in a stronger, more deliberate relationship to the angelic kingdom. They are tasked with working to energize the water, earth, air and all life on Earth. Nature spirit angels are experts in their daily tasks of enriching, protecting and nourishing the Earth on behalf of God’s Will. This is the age of making friends with angels who will help usher in a new era if humanity will cooperate with God’s Will for a peaceful, joyful, compassionate and healthy planet.
If you have a few minutes it would be worth reading the story of the growth of this movement which today has a worldwide reach. Everything from agriculture to green energy is being utilized to support their community of 400 plus people in Scotland. They host educational events which integrate modern technology with ancient relationships to the Divine, angels and spiritual living.
